Shakahola’s instinct story has become a threat to people after the detectives reveals victims who were strangled and heavily murdered. Death bodies hit 90 amid Pastor Mackienzie’s force.
Before then it was said that the Shakahola victims succumbed die to starvation after being ordered to fast by Pastor Paul Mackenzie.
From the detectives of Directorate Of Criminal Investigation, it was evident that the bodies recoverd had marks and blunt object injuries and to others their hands were tied. Pastor Paul Mackenzie of Good News International Church forced or rather ordered his followers to starve to death before being burried in Shakahola forest.
Later, Pastor Paul was arrested by the police and he is set to be charged with terrorism case. Interior CS Kithure Kindiki announced that the government has to charge the controversial preacher with terrorism and genocide.
Pastor Paul has been being arrested several times over the same issue but was released as well, on bond. Early morning of April 27, Pastor Ezekiel Odero Of New Life Prayer Centre and church was also arrested by the DCI in Mombasa with some links to the cult associated with Pastor Paul Mackenzie.
