On Wednesday night, as he was going home after leaving the studio, Kenyan rapper Trio Mio was robbed by people who he termed as “polite thieves” since they greeted him in a polite manner before stealing from him.
Speaking with Abidan Ndela, he said three men approached him, greeted him well and later stole from him. He lost his two mobile phones and a pair of his car keys.
“I was coming from the studio around 12 to 1am when I decided to pass by the hood. I found three people hanging around here.” he continued, “It was then that I was locking my car, two of the three guys approached me. One removed a gun and another one had a panga, the one with the gun placed it on my tummy and warned me not to do anything stupid. They stole my phones and my car keys, I almost gave them my my clothes, I was ready and willing to remain with a Boxer. “
He was so traumatized and gave up his belongings to the three meh who left him unharmed.
