The comedian was arrested on 3rd April in the Nairobi CBD after found protesting over high cost of living to Kenyans. The crowd which was listening to him was scattered by the police officers who lobed teargas to them.
Earlier today, he was presented into court to be charged for creating a disturbance by shouting in the CBD. The comedian went ahead and termed this as a fight for Kenyans for the rapid rise in the cost of living. He has been severally arrested over the same for the past times.
He denied the charge passed by the court and laterly released on a bail of 5000 Shillings.
On an interview with Ramogi TV Presenter, Erick Omondi said that it was a high time for him to quit Entertainment Industry for he has been there for a while, approximately 16 years.
