KNEC has acknowledged the situation, noting that the portal has been receiving up to 300,000 hits per second, leading to delays. They have assured the public that the system is operational and have urged users to be patient as they work to manage the high traffic.

This year’s shift from the traditional SMS method to an online portal for result dissemination aimed to enhance efficiency and security.
